When the entire extract of cinnamon comes in the water then strain this water and add some honey in it if you will consume this with an empty stomach with this your cholesterol will be decreased. And when your cholesterol is low down then automatically chances of heart disease will be low down too.
5. Flax seeds.
Flax seeds contain Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Which makes your heat strong and low down the cholesterol Low down the bad cholesterol and save you from heart disease.
6. Soybean and Soya Products.
Take Soya-paneer which is called Tofu as well. You can use Tofu once or twice a week. You can even use Soya-Milk as well As this also helps a to have a strong heart.
